Magnum Tapes & Films^® has developed high-performance tapes with adhesive properties designed especially for multi-surface bonding applications. Configurations are available with both rubber and Low VOC acrylic-based adhesive systems in double-coated and differential-coated construction.

Airside provides a thicker glue coating for rougher surface applications. Typically used for bonding to paper, metal, EPDM, polyisoprene, plastics, abrasive pads, and most low or unplasticized substrates. Polyester carrier provides excellent dimensional stability for die-cutting applications.
500 Series
R-501 PDF	60# SCK	1.4 mil 500 Series permanent Rubber	0.5 mil Clear PET	1.4 mil 500 Series permanent Rubber	Versatile foam bonding adhesive. Excellent for bonding polyethylene, rubber, and EPDM foams. Aggressive initial tack with excellent peel and surface wet-out. Thicker adhesive for rough surfaces. PET carrier provides good dimensional stability in die-cutting. Standard layflat liner.
R-502 PDF	60# SCK	1.8 mil 500 Series permanent Rubber	0.5 mil Clear PET	1.8 mil 500 Series permanent Rubber	Permanent pressure-sensitive double-coated rubber tape with excellent peel and good shear performance. Both the air and liner sides provide a heavier glue thickness for the more challenging foam to foam bonding applications. Typically used for bonding EPDM, polyurethane, polyisoprene, polyethylene, and other closed-cell foams. Polyester carrier provides excellent dimensional stability for die-cutting applications.
R-508 PDF	60# SCK	1.4 mil 500 Series permanent Rubber	0.5 mil Clear PET	3.0 mil 500 Series permanent Rubber	Versatile foam bonding adhesive. Excellent for bonding polyethylene, rubber, and EPDM foams. Aggressive initial tack with excellent peel and surface wet-out. Premium adhesive for irregular and hard to stick surfaces such as polyurethane foam. PET carrier provides good dimensional stability in die-cutting. Standard layflat liner. Excellent adhesive for case applications.
600 Series
A-613 PDF	76# PCK	1.3 mil 600 Series Acrylic	0.5 mil Clear PET	1.3 mil 600 Series Acrylic	LSE adhesive. Excellent wet-out and bond to various difficult materials and surfaces such as polyurethane foams, TPO materials, ABS, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, and powder coated materials. PET carrier provides good dimensional stability in die-cutting. Standard layflat liner.
A-624 PDF	76# PCK	2.0 mil 600 Series Acrylic	0.5 mil Clear PET	2.0 mil 600 Series Acrylic	LSE adhesive. Excellent wet-out and bond to various difficult materials and surfaces such as polyurethane foams, TPO materials, ABS, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, and powder coated materials. PET carrier provides good dimensional stability in die-cutting. Standard layflat liner.

R-302 PDF	76# PCK	4.0 mil 300 Series permanent Rubber	Aggressive permanent rubber adhesive with excellent initial tack and adhesion to a variety of difficult substrates. Excellent for ether and ester polyurethane foams. This transfer tape is conformable to uneven surfaces and comes on a standard layflat liner.
500 Series
R-510 PDF	76# SCK	2.0 mil 500 Series permanent Rubber	Extended liner aggressive permanent rubber adhesive. Excellent for bonding corrugated and packaging materials. Aggressive initial tack with excellent peel and surface wet-out. Dry edge for easy liner removal. Standard layflat liner.
600 Series
A-602 PDF	76# PCK	2.0 mil 600 Series Acrylic	LSE adhesive. Excellent wet-out and bond to various difficult materials and surfaces such as polyurethane foams, TPO materials, ABS, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, and powder coated materials. Conformable. Standard layflat liner.
800 Series
A-802 PDF	76# PCK	2.0 mil 800 Series Acrylic	Versatile permanent acrylic transfer tape. Stiff adhesive for good die-cutting performance. Excellent adhesive to plasticized PVCs, metals, and LSE plastics. Very conformable to irregular surfaces. Superior outdoor performance. The adhesive is high shear with a moderate peel. Excellent high-temperature performance.
