Rubber and Acrylic Adhesive Systems

Rubber Adhesive Systems: Known for their strong initial tack and excellent adhesion to various substrates, rubber adhesives are ideal for applications where immediate bonding strength is critical. A-675 PDF	12PT Board	2.2 mil 600 Series	0.5 mil Clear PET	1.9 mil 600 Series	LSE adhesive. Excellent wet-out and bond to difficult materials and surfaces such as polyurethane foams, TPO materials, ABS, polyethylene, polypropylene, and powder-coated materials. PET carriers provide good dimensional stability in die-cutting.

The liner side is coated with aggressive permanent rubber adhesive with excellent initial tack and adhesion to various difficult substrates. Excellent for bonding to polyethylene foams. The polyester carrier provides excellent dimensional stability for die-cutting applications. The air side is coated with a permanent pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive with excellent peel adhesion and wet-out to various substrates, including low-surface-energy plastics. Excellent resistance to aging and ultra-violet light.
D-956 PDF	80# SCK	1.8 mil 500 Series	0.5 mil Clear PET	2.0 mil 600 Series	A differential, self-wound polyester film on an 80# SCK liner. The airside of the polyester film is coated with an aggressive, higher shear, high peel, and low-VOC acrylic-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. The liner side is coated with an aggressive, permanent rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. This aggressive rubber adhesive is excellent for bonding to polyethylene and polyurethane foams.
D-973 PDF	76# PCK	2.0 mil 800 Series	0.5 mil Clear PET	2.0 mil 600 Series	Permanent differential pressure-sensitive double-coated acrylic/rubber tape with excellent peel and good shear performance. The liner side is coated with general-purpose rubber glue for bonding to paper, metal, EPDM, polyisoprene, plastics, and most low- or unplasticized substrates. Airside is coated with an LSE acrylic adhesive with excellent wet-out and bonding to various complex materials and surfaces, such as polyurethane foams, TPO materials, ABS, polyethylene, polypropylene, and powder-coated materials. The polyester carrier provides excellent dimensional stability for die-cutting applications.
